Many seasons ago, a flood rampaged through the forest, which was home to four Clans: ThunderClan, ShadowClan, RiverClan, and WindClan. In the end, it destroyed the entire forest, causing the Clans to get lost in the process. The Clans traveled to a far away land, away from all familiar areas. Many cats died on the journey, leaving just a pitiful few left. The few survivors became kittypets, rogues, or stayed as part of their Clan, trying to bring them back together. Eventually, the Clans true ancestry was lost beneath everything. No one could answer the question of who founded the original four Clans. The stories and tales of the "Old Life", when they lived peacefully in the forest were lost, the only things that remained were the names of the Clans. Everything seemed grim for the remaining Clan decendents. The Clans were just known as groups, nothing more and nothing less. But, hope shone through eventually, when four brave cats decided to finally restablish the Clans under new identities. The four cats went by the name of: Creek, Mountain, Pine, and Dark. They gave names to the Clans once again, named after themselves and their territories, creating the Clans as we know them.
This is how it should be, and this is how it always will be.
MountainClan: These cats are considered to be descendants of WindClan, but some Clans consider them not one of the original four due to how they have changed. With lean bodies and sleek fur. They had adapted from life on the moors to life on the mountains.
PineClan: These cats are considered to be the descendants of ThunderClan, they live in the thick forest where they use the undergrowth as an advantage. Their muscular shoulders make them excellent fighters.
DarkClan: These cats are considered to be the descendants of ShadowClan, but have adopted being quick instead of relying on brute strength to win their battles. Their teeth are known to be the sharpest in the world, while their territory, the darkest in the current lands.
CreekClan: These cats are considered to be the descendants of RiverClan, considered the most "pure" of all the Clans due to them being so alike to their ancestors. They are excellent swimmers, and take a lot of pride into their skills.
