Nowadays Superheroes are common knowledge. The masks and capes that were once considered urban legends and myths find their faces on lunch boxes and t-shirts. After thwarting the attempts of an alien race’s advance upon the planet, a group of these heroes formed a team that is now known far and wide as ‘The Justice League’. And a couple years later the League sanctioned the birth of a team of junior heroes called the Titans outside the public’s eye. Together they keep the world safe, are the force that stands between evil when it threatens the good of this earth.
But not everybody is a fan. Not everybody wants to see them succeed. There are those that rise to power on the backs of the helpless. They will not stand idly by while their good work is picked apart piece by piece by these saviors.
There have been whispers, here and there, about the existence of a Society of villains, rumors that no hero seems able to pin done. Naturally up to no good, they scheme away behind the scenes, gathering resources, technology, and power. So far they remain undetected, keeping our heroes at a distance by means of their proxies who have our champions thoroughly distracted by every means necessary. The good guys have their hands full and it is only the beginning.
