ADELAIDE
THE BASICS;;
Full Name: Adelaide - Addy
Gender: She wolf
Age: Just turned 2
Breed: Mackenzie Valley Wolf
Sexuality:Hetero
Pack: Cougar Creek, potential healers apprentice

DIGGING A LITTLE DEEPER;;
Appearance: Picture given.
Personality: Addy is a very calm and composed wolf. Throughout her whole life she has clung to the idea of hope and fate. She knows the difference between right and wrong and in most cases can appear like a peacekeeper - just trying to keep the world balanced and without violence. With a violent father who liked to teach his kids through wounds and fear, she has seen a lot of crap in her past and though you'd think it would make her a hard-headed prick, she is nothing but a sweet-heart. Addy is a splendid hunter, though it's not her favorite thing to do, she can do it. She spent a year of her life training in nothing but that and can catch pretty large sources of prey by herself. This is done through her strategic side, which allows her to think quick and efficiently. On the more negative side, she has a bit of a sharp-tongue and will speak her opinion whether it is asked for a not - regardless of higher ranks. She feels that if someone has the right to speak out to her, then she has the right to speak back out to them.Also, with her small size, Adelaide makes a lousy opponent on the battle-field. But, she is brave enough to go out there and try for her pack. The one thing that stands Addy out from the rest of the wolves would be her incredible, self-taught knowledge of herbs and injuries. If one was to ask her how she claimed the idea of it, she would simply tell them that some wolves are just born to do it while others aren't. She is a rather open-minded wolf and easy to go to when you have a problem or need to talk. But, keep in mind she is also pretty straight-forward. She's not going to just sit there and tell you every thing will work out the way you want it to - be ready to relieve the cold, hard truth, even though she might say it nicely, she's not going to sugarcoat anything. Overall, Adelaide is a brave and compassionate wolf that can make her lifestyle either healing or hunting for her pack.
History: Dayshaun and Sephtis were the kinds of wolves that shouldn't have children under their belts. Hard and stern, these wolves weren't to be parents, and the unholy accident that gave them three was about as sinful as they could get. The father was the worst, instantly wanting to put the pups to death, to drown them like the useless runts they were. But, motherly instinct took control, and Dayshaun wanted her pups to live. Unwilling to lose his mate, Sephtis decided to put up with the things that he had created - but vowed that they would never be his children. It was quite a large litter, one that would suffer in the cold to come. Two males and two she pups. It should be mentioned that the pair of wolves were rogues that had now brought a family into their traveling. The mother needed them to be strong and hopeful, so all were given names with meanings that she hoped would follow them throughout their lives. The first and most successful looking brute pup was called Ajax, the term meaning strong and noble warrior. The second who was smaller and a bit more fragile was called Actaeonis for the idea that his small and agile frame would lead him to be a successful hunter. The smallest of the litter and the one least likely to survive was named Esperanza, commonly known to describe hope. Adelaide was named on her appearance and personality alone - both of which gave her the terms of beauty. And with these names, their lives were to begin.
One could say their pup-hood wasn't great but it was nonetheless tolerable. They never saw their father - he was always out and about somewhere else, doing everything in his nature to get away from the pups and only speak with his mate when she was alone or the pups were asleep. But, the pups couldn't miss something they never knew, therefore even though a couple of them longed to know what it felt like to have a father, they didn't cry over the fact that he was never around. Against all the odds, Dayshaun was a good mother and Sephtis was good supplier, and with that, all the pups survived their first winter together. When they became yearlings, their father finally came into their life, but it wasn't for purposes to be the loving parent they all hoped. It was to in his words "prepare them for the life of a loner." Not to mention how hurt the most emotional of the wolves was - Adelaide. She was more hopeful, compassionate and all around sweet/soft of her siblings. She wanted to see things thrive off wellbeing, not crushed by evil paws. When the days of training began, so did the nights of hell.
Each wolf was trained in the categories of hunting and/or fighting. Whichever they thrived in, their father trained them in. The males were used off their names, whereas Adelaide and her sister were both hunters like Actaeous. As good as she was at it, it wasn't the thing Addy wanted to do with her life. And it was then that she took the interest in herbal treatments. This trait was adapted when her brother Ajax would come out of "training" sessions with nasty battle wounds. She used her instinct to find what she believed would help him, and after a couple years of testing on her own time, she had learned many different herbs and treatments. Sometimes she would even have dreams with strange wolves that would give her lessons - though they were nothing but dreams - she still learned a lot more. When they all turned three - their parents sent them out of the family den and off on their own.Her brother Ajax and Esperanza had taken well to the idea of loners whereas Actaeous and Adelaide were much more interested in being in a pack. So hence the battle began of finding a place to call home.
