Magic is dying. The purebloods thought the end would come from muggleborns, but it
has come in another form instead. The disease Magia Morbus has steadily begun to
infect the wizarding world, spreading at random with no biases. Early stages of the disease
include minor symptoms such as migranes and periodic losses of magic, but as the disease
progresses into its later stages, it becomes something far worse: victims of the disease
eventually lose all reign of their magic, turning even the finest of wizards into squibs. A
promising new treatment is on the horizon, but it comes at a steep cost...
