GANG WAR IN GOTHAM POSSIBLY LINKED TO BATMAN'S DISAPPEARANCE

For decades, Gotham was virtually run by Carmine Falcone, a ruthless crime lord who had corrupt high society members, the mayor, city council, and other major officials under his control. Over the years, Falcone always faced opposition; however, the mafia head’s power and position came under attack like never before when a mysterious vigilante, Batman, arrived on the scene and presented a challenge for all criminal activity in the city. Eventually, law and order were restored, thanks to District Attorney Harvey Dent and police lieutenant Jim Gordon's investigations, along with some secret assistance by Batman, and Falcone's power was put under threat by the new opposition he now faced. Humiliated, Falcone ordered Batman’s death sentence, but the Dark Knight was always too elusive to be captured and killed.

Until now.

Even today, Falcone has a number of challengers to his throne. His opposition includes The Maroni Family, a rival crime family operating in Gotham, and various other criminals who are putting together their own gangs. Now these entities are at war with one another in Gotham City, and Batman is missing in action....

Will your character aid the rest of the Batman Family in their time of need? Or will your character take advantage of the situation and pose even more of a threat to Gotham City?

Will you take up the mantle of a hero and help the innocent in Gotham?

Or, will you choose the path of a villain and take what you want to get more power?

Or, will you be a civilian, living everday life as a Gothamite?

Any path you choose will lead to exciting adventures in Gotham City and beyond!

Remember, you can take on a canon character, or create your very own original character and start them at the very beginning of their hero, criminal, or civilian career.
